Projects

Project scope, integrations, revisions, payment milestones and delivery timelines are confirmed in the applicable proposal or agreement.

Payments

Quoted prices are starting points unless a written proposal states a fixed fee. Third-party charges and advertising spend are billed separately where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SomTech systems for unlawful activity, abuse, malware, spam or attempts to compromise security.
